We ship worldwide.
Shipping within India: Complimentary.
International shipping: Additional shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.
Order processing: Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within the processing time stated on the relevant product page. Handmade and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via the contact information provided at checkout.
Delivery delays: Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
International duties & taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Our products are handcrafted with care and, as a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, or minor variations that naturally occur due to the handmade nature of the product.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a damage-related claim, you must provide:
• Your order number
• A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is received, before it is opened
• Clear photographs/videos of the damaged product
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label
Our team will review the claim and, where applicable, offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or other remedy.
Important: Claims submitted without the required unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or resolution.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already entered production or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible

Rani Pink products are made with care and may contain natural variations in colour, texture, weave, stitching, shape, finish or detailing. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the character of a handcrafted product.
Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. However, colours
may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Products can only be customised where customisation is specifically offered on the product page or confirmed by Rani Pink in writing before the order is placed.
Unauthorised alterations or customisation requests cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

Care instructions vary by product. Customers should follow the care instructions provided on the relevant product page or with the order. Damage caused by incorrect handling, washing, storage, cleaning or use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
